So, you want to make a return? That’s totally OK – as David Shrigley says, “It’s OK.”
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re here to help. We just have a few simple guidelines when it comes to returns:
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • If you’ve had a change of heart, that’s no problem – but please note we don’t offer refunds for change of mind. Instead, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit.
  • Orders that have already shipped but are being returned due to change of mind will incur a GBP10 restocking fee, and return shipping will be your responsibility.
  • Items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.
  • Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns on sale items.
  • Return shipping costs are not covered by us, unless the item is damaged or faulty.
  • We can’t take responsibility for items sent to the wrong address if it was entered incorrectly at checkout – please double-check!
What if the item is damaged or faulty?
Oh no – we're so sorry to hear that! If something’s not quite right, please get in touch and we’ll make it right.
If it’s a Third Drawer Down product, we’ll sort it out quickly. If it’s from one of our third-party brands, we’ll just need a quick photo so we can liaise with them before approving a return.
