This is Really Good

by Georgia Lewis

On 29 September 2016, a new public artwork by Turner Prize-nominated artist David Shrigley was unveiled in London’s Trafalgar Square. The tallest Fourth Plinth commission yet, the monumental bronze 'thumbs-up' sculpture titled Really Good measured almost 23ft high. Shrigley stated the work was “about making the world a better place…which obviously is a ridiculous proposition, but I think it’s a good proposition.”

Now, five years later, Third Drawer Down and David Shrigley have collaborated once again to bring this positivity to the homes of art lovers around the world. Granted, we have had to scale it down a bit. Click here to check out the new Really Good candle.
